MicroData today announced that it had completed its largest server consolidation project ever; consolidating over 24 indivdual servers into a single fault-tolerant cluster of three physical server, while simultaneously upgrading all server operating systems to Windows Server 2012 R2. The project was completed for a large private, 11-site social service agency in Massachusetts over a 7 month period. MicroData managed all phases of the project including design of the solution, development of the plan, deployment and configuration of new hardware, and conversion and migration of all data.

MicroData has been appointed for another year as a Microsoft Silver Midmarket Solution Provider. The 'Midmarket' designation is awarded to partners that have expertise in providing information technology design, implementation, and support solutions to small and mid-sized organizations (15 - 500 users).
To achieve this designation, applicants must demonstrate mastery of the relevant Midmarket technologies and related Microsoft products.
